How can I check the status of my order?

To check your order status, we provided you a live tracking of your package via ''Track Your Order'' tool on our website. Please input your tracking number and you will be able to see the current status. 

When will my order ship and what are the shipping times?

Your order will be processed within 1 - 3 days after the date of purchase. For shipping time by zone, please check the following:

United States, Canada: 10-20 days

UK, Australia, New Zealand: 10-25 days

Europe: 10-25 days Worldwide: 15-25 days 

Update: Please keep in mind that shipping time can be unpredictable due to the COVID-19 situation.

What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. 

Can I cancel my order after I've purchased the item on the website?

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchase - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there's an issue with your order - if it's the wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we'll give you a refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us. 

Will I receive the carbon filter with the bottle, or do I order it separately?

The initial package includes a bottle and removable wrist strip, plus we get you one free carbon filter. If you want additional filters, you can order it separately in the packaging of 2 pieces.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one. 

What types of payment do you accept? 

We accept all payments by Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and ApplePay.

What are your shipping options?

Currently, we can only offer one standard shipping option. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more detailed information on shipping times. 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to you in case that happens. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us at support@dahotdeals.com within the first seven days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you. 

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless of how far they go.  

Do I get a receipt for my order?

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your item has been shipped. 

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking will be available for 2 - 3 days after you have placed your order. Please reach out if you haven't received your tracking number after five days, by contacting our support team at support@dahotdeals.com
